Both are very strong forces that motivate one to change. Being uncomfortable- mildly miserable or feeling isolated and alone- can spur us on towards a better way. Sharing the pain helps to alleviate the pain. Being ready for change- sensing your own desire for growth or being in a new season that brings change along with it- can help lead us to a more fulfilling future.
So whether you’re coming because you’re hurting or because you are ready to grow, come and get some relief. We understand the process of growth, we’re excited that you’re here, and we’re ready to help you heal and grow.
…are a continuum of care. One starts with an individual process and progresses to a relational and relationship process. All of the services below are a part of our continuum.
No matter how hesitant you feel, coming to trauma therapy is worth the investment. By getting the support of a dedicated, compassionate professional, you can learn new skills for staying grounded and serene.
Undoing the hold that anxiety has over your life is a bit like trying to write or draw with your non-dominant hand. At first it feels awkward and unnatural, but with time, the practice can become a viable resource and helpful tool.
Our therapists have extensive experience working with couples to treat addiction, marital and financial Infidelity, communication and intimacy issues. Learn more about couples counseling here.
Depression counseling is a chance to let your guard down and speak your mind without any fear of judgment. Along the way, we want to honor your needs and address depression in a way that is empowering and non-shaming.
Intensives are customized therapeutic experiences for situations that need resolution and movement. When weekly sessions are too painful or simply aren't possible, we offer weekend intensives to help with specific issues.
Group therapy is by far the most effective way to healing and relief. Experiencing connection and realizing “I’m not the only one who feels this way” changes the trajectory of how to step into recovery.
Workshops are similar to group therapy with an infusion of intensity. In 2 and a half days, and with building on other participants’ stories, an entire group can experience depth and integrate how to live in solution.
Confronting medicators, behaviors and substances we use to numb or hide can feel daunting. Leaning into a process with people who walk the walk makes the process possible, hopeful and attainable. You are worthy of recovery, relief and connection.

Workshops are an incredible way to see experiential therapy in action. Watching clients step into their work in a workshop where they create safety, experience vulnerability and build off of each others work is part of the power and benefit of attending a workshop. People soften, connect, own and release pain. They learn from one another and experience the beauty of a shared healing experience. Professionals are invited to participate in these workshops where they may be asked to support, play a role, or share feedback. This is not the type training where there are powerpoint slides, a computer screen and/or note taking.
