This virtual workshop is for:
Participants who are at any point in their recovery, and especially helpful for people who have been in recovery for a while and are noticing the same parts of themselves keep getting triggered or they can't move past parts of their story.
Someone who is trying to expand their life and go after big goals, but there seems to be something that is holding them back. Participants often have a vision for their lives that that hasn’t yet manifested or become a reality.
The workshop will help participants to understand the connection between their nervous system/stress responses and the chakras/energy centers in the body. Participants will learn how they can continue to support each of these systems to bring deeper regulation into their bodies.
