What will we do?

Couples join virtually to explore the dynamic of relationships. This will be an overview supported by a workbook with many of the answers for how to create the kind of relationship you and your partner desire.

What will we cover?

The learning will focus on 3 main concepts that are crucial for relational connection. Day 1: trust and safety. Day 2: gaining insight into resolving conflict. Day 3: experiencing a higher level of emotional intimacy.
